BEGINNER'S TRACKING CLASS

Gymnastics for dogs! Your dog will learn to jump, crawl, and weave on obstacles. Builds confidence and exercises the mind as well as the body! This Beginners Agility class will expose you to the agility equipment used in competition. You will learn the basic skills needed for agility and be exposed to all of the agility equipment such as the tunnel, jumps, pause table, tire, A frame, weave poles and more!

*Prerequisite for this class: Your dog MUST know the basics such as come when called, sit, down, stay and be generally under control. Completion of F2 is recommended.

Teach your dog to follow his nose!  We’ll show you how to get your dog started in following a scent. Class will be held outdoors at Waveny Park, New Canaan.  $125/3 Classes

NOTE:  Class will be held outdoors unless there is heavy rain or lightning.  In the case of bad weather, class will be postponed until the following week.  (In other words, if week 2 is postponed, week 2 will be held one week later and everything will just move down one week).  If you are unsure of the weather, call DGS before class.  Decision will be made that morning and will be recorded on Extension 56.
